How to Use Platonink 4 Head DTF Printer

• Step 1: Prepare Design & Film
  Create your design in PNG format and load the PET film with the printable side facing up. Fill the CMYK + White ink tanks and run a nozzle check.
  

• Step 2: Print the Design
  Use RIP software to send your file to the printer. It prints the color layer first, followed by the white layer for opacity.
  

• Step 3: Apply Powder & Cure
  Sprinkle hot melt adhesive powder on the wet print, shake off the excess, and cure at 100–120°C for 2–5 minutes until glossy. Let it cool — your DTF transfer is ready to press.
